The good thing about nuud is (there are many, but this one’s especially good) less is more. Nuud stays effective for an average of 3-7 days with just a pea-sized blob per armpit. Daily application isn’t necessary. In fact, we recommend leaving at least a day in between.
How much nuud?
A pea size blob per armpit is enough. Really only use a tiny bit so your skin can breathe naturally.

Discontinue use if rash or irritation develops. Do not exceed 1 application per 2 days, to avoid clogging the pores. Do not use directly after shaving/waxing. Do not use on abraded skin or small wounds. Although extremely rare, any sign of inflammation or cyst should lead to immediate cessation of applications. The product should not be applied in situations that encourage skin irritation (e.g. concomitant hair removal, acne, corpulency, Verneuil’s disease)
